Welcome to Personality Typology Freaks, we operate and control Personalitytypology.com, and we want to say a very big thank you to our revered customer for shopping with us and choosing our store as their favorite store for their various needs and products. We hope that Personality Typology Freaks served you well and provided you with the product that you requested.

At Personality Typology Freaks, your maximum satisfaction is our priority and ultimate goal and that is why we have provided this policy to cater for any challenge that you may have with any of the products purchased from Personality Typology Freaks.    

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact Personality Typology Freaks, and we will direct you on how to return it so that Personality Typology Freaks can make a store credit, or exchange with another product or better still make a full refund back to you.  Personality Typology Freaks have provided the conditions for our return and refund, Kindly take time to read them .  

 

Returns

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, Personality Typology Freaks cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personality Typology Freaks will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 15 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions are stated below. Personality Typology Freaks may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.  

 

Conditions for Return

To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, the original manufacturer packaging and the original documentation. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment unless you select to exchange the item or get a Store credit in the amount of the refund. When you make a qualifying return, Personality Typology Freaks will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, if any, and you will receive your refund in approximately 2-3 weeks.

 

Returning a product if you change your mind

If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 15 days of delivery, Personality Typology Freaks will provide you with a store credit    for unopened products after the goods are returned to us. The store credit will be for the product price paid less the return delivery charge.          

Risk of loss or damage to the goods will not be assumed by Personality Typology Freaks until the item has been received at our warehouse.    

 

Products or Items that will not be accepted

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or there is a missing part in which it is not our fault.

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Products that have been personalized or customized

Items or Products that have been used, altered or that show wear or damage.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, Personality Typology Freaks will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Personality Typology Freaks will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

How to make Returns

When returning a product, please send an email to us (our customer service) at [write your email address] so you can be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number, place them safely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form, and other document and mail your return the address below:
